Payment options

In the course of filling out the online application form, the customer may select one of the three payment methods:

1) Pay by wire transfer against a consignment note upon confirmation of the order.

If the customer opts to "Pay by transfer", a message is sent upon submission of the order form to the customer's e-mail – a confirmation letter stating the selected mode of delivery and the consignment note for the goods to be paid. The total amount of the order will include the cost of the ordered goods and the delivery fee. Payment must be made within 1-2 days of receipt of the consignment note. Delivery time depends on timely payment of an order. Goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. The carrier company contracted by Omniva will send the customer an SMS containing the box code for the parcel machine specified by the customer in the application form within 1-3 days. Receipt of this message means that the goods are ready for collection from an Omniva parcel machine.

2) Pay with a bankcard upon receipt of the goods at an OMNIVA parcel machine

If you select the option "Pay upon receipt at an OMNIVA parcel machine", you will receive an order confirmation notice to your e-mail, and the order will be accepted for fulfilment. Within 1-3 days of confirmation of the order, you will receive an SMS with the box code for the specified parcel machine where you have ordered the goods to be delivered. You will have to pay the order with a bankcard upon receipt at the parcel machine. All parcel machines are fitted with card payment terminals. The amount of the order will consist of the cost of ordered goods, the delivery fee and the commission fee charged by OMNIVA for paying at a parcel machine*.

*Please note: Your orders amounting to less than 117 EUR are subject to a fee of 1.40 EUR charged for the processing of an order within the OMNIVA system; orders totalling to over 117 EUR are charged at the rate of 1.2% of the amount of the order.

Please note: The only way to pay an order through a parcel machine is to use a bankcard.

3) Pay with a bankcard upon receipt of the goods from an OMNIVA courier

If you select the option "Pay directly to an OMNIVA courier", you will receive an order confirmation notice to your e-mail, and the order will be accepted for fulfilment. The courier will inform you of the time of delivery by phone. You will have to make a payment for your order with a bankcard to the courier who delivers your parcel (couriers carry mobile banking terminals for accepting bankcard payments). The amount of the order will consist of the cost of ordered goods, the delivery fee and the commission fee charged by OMNIVA for paying upon receipt*.

Please note: The only way to pay an order directly to a courier upon receipt is to use a bankcard!

3) Pay by bankcard at the time of order.

If you select the option "Pay by bank card at the time of order", you are redirected to the respective section of the website to complete a card payment form.

VISA and MASTERCARD payments are accepted.

Please note that any customer's bankcard data received in the process is kept strictly confidential, secure and never transferred to any third parties.

Order placement

Products of NOVA TRADER LLC can be purchased by completing an online order form at the website http://dogslikefish.com.

Upon receipt of an order form from the website, the application is processed by the company's employees, and the customer is notified of receipt and confirmation of the order by e-mail.


Return / Order Cancellation / Refund Policy

Return of goods

1. The customer may return any purchased goods to the seller within 7 days of receipt.

1.2 The customer may return the purchased goods to the seller in the following cases:

- the goods fail to match the image and description thereof provided at the website and underlying the customer's decision to place an order;

- the product was received in defective, inappropriate shape: the packages containing the product itself are torn; weight of the goods does not match the weight specified at the respective website and on the package; the goods are damp / wet, goods with mould and fungi; any goods received broken or damaged inside the package or in any other shape that renders it unfit for further use;

- the actual amount of the order does not meet the one specified in the delivery note / in an Omniva parcel machine upon receipt;

- the customer made a mistake when choosing the goods to buy, having selected a different product rather than the desired one, and such improper selection took place due to a technical or code error at the website, which resulted in receipt of other products than those actually ordered;

- the customer received other products than those initially ordered through the fault of the company's management.

Please specify the following details in the letter: your first name, surname, order number, the reason for return and, if possible, attach some photos of the condition of your received goods at the time of receipt thereof.

Immediately upon receipt of this form, a company representative will contact the customer for a verbal discussion regarding the particularities of return or exchange of goods or refusal of return.

1.4. If the product is still in merchantable condition, it must be sent back to the seller. To do that, an employee of the company, having recorded the product condition by a photo thereof or by the customer's statements, orders delivery of the product at the expense of the company and sends a prepaid Omniva address card (sticker) to the customer, so that the latter could send the product back to the seller using an Omniva parcel machine.

Upon receipt of an address card, the customer must print it and stick it onto the product box, which is then put into an Omniva parcel machine.

1.5 The customer may request replacement of the received goods with other equivalent goods for reasons specified in paragraph 1.2.

If the product is still in merchantable condition, it must be sent back to the seller. To do that, an employee of the company, having recorded the product condition by a photo thereof or by the customer's statements, orders delivery of the product at the expense of the company and sends a prepaid Omniva address card (sticker) to the customer, so that the latter could send the product back to the seller using an Omniva parcel machine.

Upon receipt of an address card, the customer must print it and stick it onto the product box, which is then put into an Omniva parcel machine.

Personnel of NOVA TRADER LLC shall send a new equivalent replacement item to the customer through an Omniva parcel machine upon receipt of the returned defective item.

2. Refund

2.1 The customer may seek refund of the money paid for the goods in cases described in paragraph 1.2. Similarly to the return procedure, the customer may request a refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

To do that, the customer must file a letter of claim for refund for inappropriate goods and specify his/her bank account. Procedures described in paragraphs 1.3 and 1.4 must be observed.

The company shall send a refund note to the customer within 2 business days of receipt of the respective claim. The customer must sign the refund note, scan or take a photograph thereof and send the signed document to the seller's e-mail dlf@dogslikefish.com

2.2 The company shall transfer the paid amount to the customer's bank account within 3 days.

3. Order cancellation

A customer may cancel an order.

Please note! Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement thereof!

Order cancellation is performed in accordance with the procedure described in paragraph 1.3.

Upon completion thereof, the order is instantly cancelled, and a notice of cancellation is sent to the customer's e-mail.
